World cuisine

The Silk Road connected Southern Europe to Central Asia, Arabia, Africa, Persia, India and China, with a great exchange of spices, flavours and culinary influences as a result. The cuisines of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean sea (the 'pool' of the restaurant's name) serve as basis for the restaurant's creations.
