Welcome to the only Michelin-starred teppanyaki restaurant in Europe. Sazanka restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam offers the opportunity to enjoy ancient traditions and contemporary tastes of Japanese cuisine.

Michelin-starred Japanese dining

During the fabulous gastronomic experience, groups of seven to ten are seated around a hot griddle while a chef cooks right before your eyes in the true teppanyaki style. The delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes are accompanied by an extensive selection of sake and wines. Sazanka is the first and so far only teppanyaki restaurant in Europe to be awarded a Michelin star.
