The dé:cor is a knowing nod to New York&rsquo:s Meatpacking District, and the vegan dishes themselves are things of carefully assembled beauty. The menu is fairly small, with only four main courses in the evening, but that allows the kitchen to get extra creative, and to feed hungry vegans (and drooling non-vegans) delicious dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinnertime. If you don&rsquo:t have time, just enjoy some drinks or order your food to take away.
