Tackling the problem of food wastage one meal at a time, InStock turns leftovers into quality dining, creating delicious dishes with locally sourced food that would otherwise be thrown out.

Square Brussels sprouts

Instock saves about 2000 kilos of food every week. But why do we do this? Annually, about one third of the entire food production is wasted. This comes down to 1.3 billion kilos of discarded food, which is a shame (to say the least)! We literally serve the food surplus in our restaurants, while trying to make our guests aware of this wastage. How about that overripe banana? It&rsquo:s actually the perfect ingredient for banana ice cream. And those quirky square Brussels sprouts make for the perfect kimchi! Instock is opened seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee at our sunny terrace.

New breakfast &: lunch menu

The menu was ready to be freshened up, so the chefs of Instock came up with all kinds of surprising and new dishes for breakfast and lunch! Self-evidently, everything is prepared with rescued ingredients. Do you have a sweet tooth? Our Heavenly French Toast is the way to go for you! Are you leaning more towards the savoury side? We&rsquo:ve still got you covered: our Kimchi Burrito will be right up your alley.

Extra terrace in the evening sun

Instock Amsterdam is already in possession of a spacious terrace at the front side of the restaurant. It&rsquo:s the place to go if you want to enjoy a homemade ice tea or a rescued dish in the morning and afternoon sun! But it gets better: we&rsquo:ve also thought of our guests who want to enjoy the mellow Dutch sun at night time. That&rsquo:s why we created a new terrace at the back side of our building. Now you can catch those last rays of sunshine with a pretty sight of the Oostenburgerpark. Don&rsquo:t forget to bring your sunglasses!

Look no further: all restaurants of Instock offer such a space for a very reasonable price! Our &ldquo:Stockrooms&rdquo: are versatile spaces and fully equipped with a beamer, screen, wifi, electricity, microphone, cleaning and flip-over. Instock organizes monthly pub quizzes for those passionate team players with an abundance of common knowledge! Every last Wednesday of the month, you get the chance to battle against other teams (there&rsquo:s a maximum of six persons per group). What&rsquo:s in it for you?
